Golf Shop Benefits

Bent Brook’s Golf Shop is the perfect place to select gifts and prizes for your outing. If you prefer that your guests make their own selection, Bent Brook gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination.
Our graduated discount system offers you and your guests savings on tournament-related merchandise and gift certificates. Discounts are offered on the total dollar amount of purchases made, and the total can be added to your master bill to be paid following the event.

An Experienced Staff

Bent Brook provides an outstanding venue for your tournaments, corporate events and personal gatherings.

Our experienced team is prepared to handle all aspects of your event, with a full slate of services to make the experience easy for you and enjoyable for your guests. The friendly Bent Brook staff greets your guests, assists with registration, directs golfers to their carts, and explains rules before tee-off. And our beautiful facilities — including our newly renovated 27-hole course and clubhouse — present an engaging environment for tournament play and post-golf socializing and celebration.

All charges associated with your event are applied to a master account for payment at the end of the tournament, and Bent Brook offers two weekday greens fee passes for every 50 players registered.

Outside merchandise, from golf balls and caps to non-golf-related items, can be ordered and shipped to Bent Brook and stored until the day of your event. We handle the ordering on your behalf, and all merchandise and handling costs are added to your master bill.

Tournament Policies

Shotgun Start

A shotgun start is limited to a minimum 40 golfers for an 8:00 a.m. start or 100 golfers for a 1:00 p.m. start, with a maximum 200 golfers. Shotgun-start events requiring use of all 27 holes must guarantee payment for a minimum 148 players.

Tee Time

Tee time starts are also available with a minimum of 40 golfers.


A deposit of $100 will be required for fewer than 100 golfers, or $200 for 100 or more golfers. The deposit will be applied to your final bill and is nonrefundable unless canceled at least 21 days in advance. Reservations will not be confirmed until a deposit is received.


All charges must be applied to a master account. No individual payments by participants will be accepted. All sales are subject to a 6% sales tax.
